Estou com uma tremenda dificuldade em apontar para o telstrela12 (na verdade nao sei se apontei certo)..
Tenho um newgen+ ligado no tuner 1 em uma antena da tia embromatel com lnb Triax TOC001 apontado para 70W strelaOne C2.
o tuner 2 é ligado na antena da céu com lnb universal que teoricamente esta apontado para a telstrela 12.
Consigo baixar a lista de varios canais porem todos encriptados. Só consigo assistir ao canal da tia.
Alguem pode me dar uma luz??? Sou de praia grande/SP.
Se alguem daqui de perto se dispor a vir em casa me ajudar e fazer essa budega funcionar, pago como se fosse um antenista.

boa noite andre o mais correto é fazer o opomtamento com um deco da aza america s 800 , s 806 e 807 , esses são bem facil , depois que vc fez o apontamento lembrando que : o satelite tele12 fica 90 graus do c2 , olhando de taz da antena do c2. vc fez isso agora é só configurasaõ do teu deco, tuner 1 c2, tuner 2 tele 12 lembrando que vc tem que ir no menu secreto

Olá so da z. oeste do rio de janeiro, prox. de itaguai. porui consigo força pico de 74 no T12. para facilitar o apontamento do t12 recomendo na antena em que ficará apontada para t12, vcapontar parao c2, ai o t1 2 é um pouquinho abaixo do c2 de inclinação do prato,(48º) o T12 está a direita do C2 extenda a mao esquerda apontando na direção do c2 exatamente olhando por traz da antena em seguida extenda a mao direita abrindo os braços esta é adireção de apontamento do t12 gire aos poucos o prato. coloque a TP mais forte! e fique paciando nesta direção . muita calma.

Ver ComentarioAmigo, o newgen é meio complicado mesmo e para achar o sinal vc tem que apontar de acordo com as dicas do dishipointer.com, turner 1 vc coloca na antena dos canais criptografados pode ser o amaezonas ou o star one (uso o star one) e para descodificar usamos obrigatoriamente a antena do satelite tel star12, quando vc for achar o turner 2, vc tem que entrar dentro das informações do satelite tel12 e lá embaixo mude em selecionar turner e coloque turner2 pois vem de fábrica turner 1, apontamento e LNB = força de sinal e equipamento justo e fixado = qualidade de sinal, coloque a atualização 2.20 pois é esta que está valendo a 2.19 e a 2.25 é para outra finalidade, mas para vc achar o sinal é difícil mesmo. qualquer coisa manda uma MP com seu email que te mando umas dicas.
